Anyone ever heard of this? I had not until today. Took care of a 31 year old guy just diagnosed. Seems to be an infectious origin but those of us with RA, Lupus, Sjrogens, and other autoimmune diseases are more apt to get this. Can lead to MS in some cases. Please google this and read. It is worth watching out for.
