Starting to Feel My Body Shift & Lose Alignment | Arthritis Information

For the past few weeks, I've been feeling my bones shift when I move.  It feels very strange.  I don't quite know how to describe it.  But it's like my body is falling out of alignment.  Like everything is shifting out of its socket.  Like it's getting dislodged.  Sometimes I can hear small little cracking sounds when I move.

I am starting to feel scared.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks for any input.
This won't be the imput you're looking for because I haven't ever heard of anything like that.  Is it just some joints or all?  How can they shift without actually leaving the socket?  I will be very interested to hear what you find out and what your doc says.  Does it hurt?  Does it make it harder to do things?  Do your clothes fit differently?I did when I started AP.  I think it was when the inflammation was going down.  It stopped and everything went back to where it started except for one toe, which is almost there.Linncn -

It if we're speaking about the same thing, it feels like the joints are 'popping' and moving.
oh.

Joint noises are really normal with RA.  If the noises hurt then you should be really concerned.  If they are without pain generally it is the movement of the soft and supportive tissue moving over the joints.

Much of the instability you are feeling can be relieved with a good exercise program devoted to building up your muscles and range of motion..when you get your script for PT they can help you develope a safe program
