I was doing great and now BAM!

Super Duper Bad.

I'm not sure what did it.  We think it's the bananas.  3 times now i got flairs right after bringing bananas back into my diet.  So i am keeping everything else in and stopping the bananas.  If it works, then we know cuz i get worse every day and i get the allergy swellings like i do with my dairy.

So, we will see, but i am so bad that i wanted to say this yesterday but my thumbs wouldn't work at all.

Sigh
OMG.... it could be bananas that's caused my rash all week. I never normally eat bananas because they give me acid. The sulpha seems to have cured my acid problem and I've been eating bananas for britain the last few weeks. It wouldnt have taken a couple of weeks to show though would it? Was your flare an immediate reaction?I love the smell and taste of bananas but they give me an awful belly ache!

I didn't eat any- but BAM I'm having my first bad day in a long long time too!

Banana's are evil, unless they are in the form of banana nut bread.

Let us know how it goes Sorry so late on response.

Some allergies can take minutes, hours or even days to arrive.  When it's a first time reaction, it can start building in your system slowly.

I went for years with just stomach and hive reactions but thought it was something else.  Then, the breathing and swellings of dairy got me, so i knew then what it was.

There are outside and inside skin hives.  Inside is swelling like water retention and then the usual outside hives.

My dairy allergy hives were inside for a long time when the outside stopped hiving, so i didn't know they were inside type of hives.

I think the bananas are doing the same.  Within 24-72hrs of stopping eating, you might find the hives gone.  I usually take 24hrs for changes to start.
Isn't it funny that so many people have reactions to bananas yet they are the first foods you feed to a baby.

No wonder I was such a cry baby.
lol
