(OT?) Health Net Inc - Sued in CA and Loses | Arthritis Information

 

I thought this article was interesting - so many of us have had problems with insurance, and it's obvious that what they did was wrong. I'm not sure that making them pay millions of dollars MORE than what they were due to pay is really helping anyone. I am glad that someone saw what they were doing as wrong, and stood up against it though.
