That's why my RD ordered  an MRI once he considered me to be in clinical remission.  Synovitis was mild, actually almost non-existent on MRI.  Still considering it remission but am staying on the same regimen of drugs.  LindyLots of other interesting info on that site as well- thanks so much for the link!I just find it scary that you can feel like your in remission and the damage still occurs.
 
wanttobeRAfree, I love the "Ask the Expert" section.
It is scary but I think that the damage is minimal compared to when you're hurting and there's more extensive inflammation.  I've had a very active disease process for 10 years.  Any slowing down of damage will be great.  LindyInteresting stuff, thanks for posting the link!
