Is this RA or Fibro?

I could not move much at all yesterday. All joints were inflammed, warm, and very very stiff. I tried to work out the stiffness by walking around the house but it was just too painful and I felt very weak and tired by the time I walked from my bed to the livingroom.

I gave in and took a LorTab10, because I was in pain everywhere and I could not roll myself over in the bed without pain.

Within an hour of taking the LorTab10 I was able to move again. The stiffness has gone, my swelling was down and I was able to roll over in the bed without feeling like I was struggling and without pain.

Now, Was that RA or Fibro?

Today I am doing much better than I was a few days ago. I am able to move around freely, joints are bending, I can touch my face, and not much pain or stiffness.

So why would today be any different than my last few days?

Well it was a bad day whatever it was. Glad your feeling better. Swelling is RA but you had said a few days prior that the swelling didn't hurt. So it may have been a combination of both. They are both unpredictable. Anyway good to know the pain pill was helping. And good to know the swelling is down. Joonie~ I don't know honey...RA or Fibro? Probably both. It kills me to read how much pain you're in. Please go to the ER next time you get in the shape you were in a few days ago. Remember how they helped you last time? TAKE YOUR PAIN MEDS! I'd rather you sleep til it's over than you suffer like you do. Don't feel guilty...this isn't your fault. Hubby will understand but don't wait so long...say NO!

Can you call your Dr? Stronger pain meds maybe? Especially if hubby is home to take care of the kids. Maybe like today, after rest and pain meds you'll feel like joining the family.

Bless your heart...somethings got to help you soon. Up that Remicade, it's not lasting long enough at all. Recon your Dr will up it? I hope so.
