I'am Joining the Good Day Hype | Arthritis Information
I had a pretty good day today. I had to take a naproxen 350mg for some minor aches. But I just feel very tired. Yesterday I was in a good up-beat mood, and it just annoyed hubby because I was poking fun at him and messing around, and he is not use to me being like that, so he thinks something is wrong with me. He asked me if I was high. I was like... high on pred LMAO! He said no... you been taking any darvocet? I was like nope, just 40mg of pred.
He is just not use to me being so up-beat and playful, because over the last 3 years I have been in a funky way, and very rearly am I like I was yesterday. Today I am not so up-beat, because I did not get much sleep and have been kinda stressed again. But I have had a good day RA & Fibro wise.
I was actually able to sit up all day today without my neck/shoulders/upper back bothering but just a little. I am however, having a little burning sensation between my shoulder blades again, but it is easily ignorable. Besides do not feel like taking my darvocet today. RD told me to take 1 darvocet daily, says it on the bottle and in clear understanding of how to take it LMAO!
I have this burning between my shoulder blades also today. Knees are pretty achy and my feet and big toe have been a nuicince all day. I played with a two year old today. I always try to get them to walk not run. She was delightful. We played where is Mommy. So mommy was on the couch. But it's like where is mommy. She shruggs shoulders i don't know. Then she says come on mommy is in there and she points to the kitchen and says come on. And i say walk don't run. So she does these giant steps. Lifts her knees all the way up to over exagerate the act of walking and takes me threw the kitchen and the dinning room till we make back into the living room and says see there is mommy. Anyway we must have done this fifteen times at least today and the same game yesterday. My feet and knees still would have hurt but she kept me busy enough to keep my mind off it.
Well... the swelling in my right knee is G-O-N-E!!!!
Oh and what is up with the burning betweent the shoulder blades thing for us, Milly?
I am not sure yet. Fibro or RA? Mine is swollen and a bit warm. My neck is fine and has full rom. If i ever fiqure it out i will let you know.
RD told me it was Fibro. That is what she told me on one of my first visits to her and why she checked me for fibro, because of the burning sensation between my shoulder blades.
I mean... what is up with it burning even when I am typing on the computer. You would think that would not trigger the burning. Oh washing dishes triggers the burning sensation to almost like I am on fire.
