FIBROMYALGIA SLEEP DISTURBANCES cannot be determined by the length of sleep, but by the quality of your sleep. There are three basic types of Insomnia:
1. Transient FIBROMYALGIA INSOMNIA, lasting only a few nights. It is often caused by temporary stress, excitement, illness, travel, or a change in sleep schedule.
2. Short-Term fibromyalgia insomnia, lasting up to three weeks. It often results from prolonged stress or worries, such as onset of new symptoms, financial troubles, death of a loved one, a job change, or divorce. If this is unaddressed, short-term problems may escalate into a chronic problem.
3. Chronic Fibromyalgia Insomnia, also known as long-term insomnia, lasts more than a month. It can occur every night, most nights, or several nights each month. Chronic insomnia is often caused by a medical problem such as FMS or may be caused by poor sleep habits. Treating the underlying causes of the syndrome may alleviate insomnia.
Aren't you suppose to be asleep? LOL
I tried to lay down, but hubby had me get back up to pay a bill with my checking account. So... now I am waiting for time to take the Rozerem. Not suppose to take it an hour after a meal. I was just playing with you :) Oh I know you were. I did not take it any other way. I was just trying to get my last even post for the night, before going to bed.
