I found this in an OT manual today and thought I would share. It is a good table for people like me who have trouble gauging where they are and how far they should push themselves. Of course, you learn this with hindsight and experience, but I just don't have that yet!

Thanks, Paperdoll for this. Great chart. Very useful stuff. Interesting to see the stages and what they involve. I can see all that has happened to me over the years.  If I looked at that chart I'd say I'm not on it at the moment which is a good thing for me.

Maybe I'm the next step down, mind you I have been in some of the above areas.
