Sorry, I am not much help.
No, it hasn't a-nut.  Hope it feels better.  And I wanted to say hi cuz I haven't seen you around in a few days.Hey Nut!

Nope never heard of that one. That's worth writing down and mentioning to the doctor next time. Or maybe calling, if you have a doc that's avlb for a phone chat. That really dose sound a little unusual.....
its a sign your gait is off. And the cause could be te RA but there can be other contributing factors as well... Make sure your shoes are designed for walking and are properly fitted.  Orthotics can help properly cushion the foot.  Also make sure your treadmill has impact resistance.  Because you don't change your stride like you do walking treadmills can be very hard on your feet.Thank's everyone for your replys.  My husband had A good point, he seems to think I may have broken a blood vessel. Which goes back to what buckeye said. My feet have really been bad sence the onset of the RA.  Before walking I did spend the money on a good pair of shoe's.  I do think I will have to invest in orthodic's before I begin again.............. I will persevere
