Like roxy said. Go to Imagecave.com http://www.imagecave.com and sign up. Once there upload the pic you want to use to the photo album and then copy the URL to the right. And come back here and click on settings at the top, and then click on edit profile. Once there scroll the where you choose your avatar and paste the URL you copied into the field next to the "Preview" button and then scroll the to bottom of the page and hit "Update Profile".
