Hi meme. You have really been through a bad time, sorry you are feeling so ill, and no you arent being whiney. Is the vomiting due to the flu?

Please tell me when they had you hooked up to all those antibiotics somebody added in probiotics.  Please, tell me that.
 
My guess, you're have the Jarishe-herxheimer from hell because they killed a bunch of the baddies - and then stopped the massive antibiotics.  And I'm betting there were no probiotics in there.
 
You need some ASAP - as in yesterday.  Anybody you can send to the store.  And you need to call the doc in the AM!

Poor thing.  HI Meme, it won't hurt to get checked up again tomorrow, you and I know how this disease can take funny turns whenever it feels like it.  I wish you a speedy recovery, be kind to your self, take your rest and don't feel bad for doing it.  My belief is that everyday we are fighting this dreaded RA and most of the time we just get on with it, don't say too much, and just cope, when we should be in bed, so when you really really get overly sick, do not feel guilty and stop putting on the brave face.  All the best from Janie.  Poor baby!!  I know how you feel.  I was at home all last week with the flu, and I even had my flu shot, and still got sick.  Couldn't take my meds so I started to swell.  By Wednesday, I figured I was either going to get better or die, and at that point I didn't care which one.  I'm so ready to "feel good" again.  This has been the worst winter in a long time for me.  I've been under a tremendous (!!) amount of stress the last few months, and all that does is surpress my immune system even more.  I had a feeling I was going to get sick this year.  my 18 year old son (who's in the Army and is deploying to Iraq in August) came home for Christmas and got his (sometimes) girl friend pregnant.  All they've done is fight for the last two months, and keeping me in the middle of it, on top of my fear that never goes away, about his going to the sand box.  I keep telling myself, "i've got to get a handle on all this, or I will never get well".  I finally had to tell my "kids" LEAVE ME OUT OF THIS!

You are in my thoughts and prayers.Don't ever worry about being whiney! We are all here for each other and from time to time we have to blow off steam. Who better to talk to about it than someone with similar problems?

Prayers sent. And I thought I was having rough time!  Meme, you have every right to complain and don't feel bad for doing it. I just wish that you were feeling better as this flu season has been a bad one. Hope that you're felling better today and not back in the hospital. Will keep you in my prayers.

I'm sorry that you're feeling so bad..  I hope a quick recovery to youWell I am in the hospital for another week one of my nieces had her laptop with her when she came in this morning to see me, so I borrowed it.  Dr can't figure out why the infection won't go bye bye and i did have the flu,he told me the flu shots did not cover 30 or 40% of the flu this year.  That they miscalculated what flus were going to be around this year!!!  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU  for all your kind words I will be off the board till at least the beginning of the week, I will let you know what will be going on I do know I will be only kept on Nsaids and synthroid  for now.  Take care everyone and see you on the boards soon.  xoxoxoxoxoxoxxoxo((Meme))
