Woohoo! I have been on Plaquenil for two weeks and prednisone. For the past two days I have had little pain at ALL! Is this normal? How long does it last? AND...can someone tell me why I am sooooo tired all the time (and sometimes dizzy)? Thanks!!Can't speak for the meds, but wanted to say "Woo-hoo!" for the good days!

Feeling dizzy is a symptom of taking Plaquenil, as is nausea and the world trying to escape through your bottom, and the tiredness can also be attributed to that as well, and the exhaustion that the Pred causes in your body.
However - you should be aware that anemia is common in RA and should get a blood test just in case.
I don't know how long the no pain will last, I'm on both those meds and they are not working for me, but hopefully it lasts FOREVER~!

I don't have any dizziness on Plaquenil but everyone is different. I think that's an important enough symptom to mention to your doctor. Let us know what he says.
