Well I am taking a mantance dose of pred 10 mg as well as have the Depomedrol shot in me. Plus Vicoden twice daily. Started high dose pred 35 mg tappered down last Thursday. So a bit better. The swelling i can not say if it is helping as much as i would like. My mental health is equaling out a bit. I just do not do well on to much pred. So wow. I guess really that seems to be the most pain medicine i have ever had. I was starting to worry. It feels like a couple of disk in my lower back are a little puffy. I hope i have not blown anymore disk. I hope it is just fibro or anything but blown disk. So i am taking it easy. I wonder if it is just a swelling reaction from the pred shot? Anyway i am off to bed. With the low back that is where i have been all day. If i swell anymore over night i will be back at RD's tomorrow. To many joints at one time to even talk about. I hope you all sleep well and your flares all go away. If i have back problems any worse i just may stay in bed a few days. I already have five buldged disk so i really worry with all this prednisone. I think i will try to take care of the ones i have left.Hope you sleep well, Milly. Glad to hear you are a bit better. Hopefully, over the next couple of days, it will improve.
Hope you had a restful sleep. That is better for pain than any med, ,yet it is the hardest for us to get.
