I think I might have found something of interest for you. Not totally sure, but it is worth mentioning.

I went to clinicaltrials.gov and entered in sarcoidosis and it came up with these trials that were recruiting. http://www.clinicaltrials.gov./ct2/results?term=sarcoidosis&recr=Open

Thanks Joonie!!! Several of those are for humira, which I have done and remicade which I just started. I see there is one for the fatigue aspect but the name of the drug is similar to provigil-I can't take anything stimulating because of my prolonged qt heart condition.

I did see a couple of drugs I am not familiar with so will have to do some research. Thanks for thinking of me!!
