doctor House great show and just think what fantastic actors they get to play the patients they are so believeable!   what a quick wit that man has.

Wierd thing is-he looks exactly like my son's pediatrician. I mean, they could be twins. Thankfully, the pediatrician has a better bedside manner![QUOTE=SnowOwl]

You think using a cane is hot.

Your daughter is asking to go see Dr. House instead of the ones we usually see.

You begin to wonder if all you really need to figure anything medically-related out is Google, What to Expect the Toddler Years, this message board, and the complete DVD collection of "House" (I don't have the complete DVD collection of "House" yet.....)
We *LOVE* this show!!!

So what the hell happened to the new season? They showed like, three episodes and then *poof* nada???
When ...

... you think doctors with good bed side manners must be incompetent nincompoops.
... you want to know why your doc doesn't have a team of her/his own.
... you fully expect to be misdiagnosed three times and almost die before they get it right!
Love him!  I don't even care that you know without a doubt that there will be a minimum of 3 diagnoses before they ever truly solve the case.  I am still always dying to know what the patient really has.  He's hysterical!Season is coming back. They just have to finish the extended Idol episodes on Tuesdays. Then, of joy of joys...Idol and House in one night. Whoo Hoo!!WHEN

You take two Vicodan, instead of just one.  Dr. House does it and manages to practice medicine.....hell, I couldn't even do dishes!
You Know You've Watched Too Much "House" When...

...hubby asks you to tell him when it's safe to look at the screen again during the guts-filled scenes
...you drink every time they mention a disease you have (or cheer every time, if your meds don't allow the drinking)
...you don't even blink when House downs several Vic's right from the bottle without a drop to wash it down
...you can accurately guess how many more diagnoses there are based on how much time is left in the episode
...you think all hospital administrators regularly wear mini-skirts and low-cut blouses
...you begin to wonder if anyone in the Princeton-Plainsboro area isn't dying of a horrific illness (they are fine, I see them all the time around here)
...you're concerned when your doctor believes what you tell him
...if your doctor doesn't approve a test or treatment you want, you find a way to blackmail him

I never watched "House" in the States. I was really into all the reality TV, but now living in South Korea, "House" is one of the very few English speaking shows we can get.

Hubby and I are HOOKED!  We also got Animal Planet for a while (gone now) and I got hooked on "Mercat Manor" and all the Steve Irwin shows. I didn't realize all the good TV out there.

We used to get (I think illegally through our Korean cable company) the Armed Forces Network.  Then we would get U.S. shows like Oprah, Dr. Phil, Smarter Than a 5th Grader... but poof that went away last week.  Dang, I miss it.

I am starting to get hooked on some Korean dramas.  They are on almost all the channels, day and night.  I don't know what they are saying but I can pick out a few words now.
