No-but then again I'm taking it for a torn and frozen rotator cuff.  I swear it's practically useless.  It barely takes the edge off.  I also have an issue with nausea if I take 2 pills every 4 hrs instead of 1 pill.Hi Phats, I use Endone and find it very helpful, it is a narcotic.  Regards and good luck.  Janie. Maybe read this? http://wehelpwhathurts.homestead.com/whichmedication.htmlTramadol has been a godsend for me.  My father, who suffers from chronic low back pain and arthritis, swears by it as well.  In fact, he is using it right now to ease his pain after bypass surgery last week.  It doesn't seem to work for everyone - perhaps you could ask your doctor for samples to try?

It is not a DEA controlled substance (yet!), but it does have some potential for abuse.
Or chronic pain medications article here http://www.healthcentral.com/chronic-pain/find-drug.htmlSometimes it works and other times it doesn't.  I think it depends on the level of pain I'm having.  Good luck.  LindyJoonie,

Well... that is all for now. I am off to go fold clothes, take a shower and go to sleep. I am pooped!I was thinking about it while I was folding clothes and well... maybe you can see about Panlor DC. I was RXed it for my pain, did not really help my pain, because I was concerned about the other pain meds making me sleep. This pain med has caffiene in it, so it keeps me awake.

Here is some information on it for you.

I take tramadol a 200mg slow release twice a day. Some days I think its not working, but if I forget to take it I realise how well it really does work.oh I love my tramodol.

Its like I take it every morning and just at some point realize the pain is baearble.. if I DONT take it  I really hurt.. theres no "high" no grogginess.. you just don't...hurt..

now if  for some reason its really bad there are days I need  to take a vicodin.. but  29 days out of 30 I only use tramodol.

I take 2 trams morning and bedtime..occasionally mid day..
