I made a 60%. I bet you can guess which 4 I missed
I got 80% the ones I missed were about exercise.90% and a lot of those help.
I used to sit in a recliner with a board that had a wireless keyboard on it and i miss it horribly, i would stretch my lets out, then put the foot rest down and rock etc. It kept my legs from stiffening up.
Now i have an office chair and my legs stay bent a lot and then get stuck. Movement is very important.
I got 70%, goes to show you that I don't pace myself and my weight is a problem. Duh! The better I feel the less I pace myself and I am losing weight. LindyI hate it when that happens, bubbagump! And then when you "stand up", you are still in the sitting position while you walk. I do not do that as much now, because meds are starting to work, but when it did happen it was the pits! I must be doing some thing right in the weight department, because I am still wearing the same pants I was wearing BEFORE I had my son. I would have figured by now with all the pred and the preed sugar cravings and decreased activity, I would be like 200lbs, but not so. I am however 40lbs over my ideal weight. But I have not been my ideal weight since before my daughter was born.
If I can just get this all under control and start being able to exercise a little more, than I am sure I can lose this weight. 90% the only one I missed was assistive devices.. I know I should and when I do it makes a huge difference but for some reason... I just don't
