I went to a pain website and looked at their publications and they have this one called Pain Notebook. It is in PDF format and viewable & printable. It has a lot of good information in it, and it also answered some of my questions I asked on the board some time back related to pain.

Anyways...

If you scroll thru it to about the 10th page it shows how to use the pain notebook and then it provides the pain notebook pages for you to print off and use. It is pretty cool! It is what I was looking on how to do my "journal" I was looking to keep for my RD to view and all. Now I do not have to create it, because I found something that will work for it! YAY!!

Thanks Joonie, just what the Dr ordered!!!!! I have just printed some up, they are great, I think my GP and Rheumy could use these for their patients. Cheers Janie. Thats great Joonie, I have printed it out also. It will really help with knowing how things are from day to day.
