I have been really exhausted lately and in lots of pain, I just put it down to the RA. I had bloods taken last week and got the results today. My ESR was only 28 but I am severely anaemic. I had very low iron levels last year but seemed to be ok. I have been dragging my body around for days feeling as if i cant go on and I have been very breathless as well. I have got to go back to the doctor tomorrow. This is very common with a chronic illness so if you get so fatigued dont always think its just the RAhard to do isn't it? Thanks, I actually had that lately too, but I have had problems for anemia in the past and my mom has to get transfusions because she is so anemic. I don't know! I hope you feel better!
