My mom said something when i was a kid that helped me then and now. I had a very rough childhood so what she said made me believe more in myself and helped me to keep going. I now use it to help get through each day with RA.
She read me a quote once from the bible. I know some may not be religious, but for those who are, it can help you. I don't remember the passage or the exact wording cuz i was so little at the time, but she read a part that stated that God will never give you more than you can handle.
So i take that with me every day and think about it when times get rough. I must be one tough cookie lol _popupControl();

I always have believed this to be true.
Actually, I believe that quote was from Mother Theresa. She said "God doesn't give us more than we can handle...I just wish he wouldn't trust me so much"!
