It Sure Is Amazing! | Arthritis Information

When I was visiting my mommy today. I told her did not realize just how much swelling I had going on until these last few days when it has really gone down. I swear if you would have asked me if I thought my wrists were swelled some time last week, I would have told you no, but today I noticed my fingers, hands and wrists were skinny looking. I can actually see bone on my wrists and they just look so small now.

Then last night while I was trying to sleep I had my hand on my hip, because I was laying on my left side. I laid my hand on my hip and I felt something hard. I was like what the heck is that? Then I realized it was my hip bone. I have not been able to feel that thing since I went to the ER in October of last year. It normally just feels like there is fat over the bone, but nope it was inflammation I guess, because I can feel the bone again.

My mommy also felt my knees and said they were much less swelled than last time she felt and saw them.

Like I said it is just Amazing how much inflammation I had going on, and did not even realize some of my joints had inflammation in them. I guess to me if it is not BIG swelled like my elbows or knees, or even hinder my movements much I do not think they are inflammed.

I do think the Remicade is going to be a good one. I did not even have this good of a result with Humira.

Well... I am going to go try to go to sleep. I had to sit up and wait on hubby's clothes to finish so I could put them in the dryer.

Oh yeah! It is also Amazing... that I had not so much trouble getting his clothes out of the washer. Still had trouble keeping a good grip when pulling his heavy wet pants up, but my elbows extended much more and I had to do less "crawling" into the washer to get clothes out.

Good night!
