New bone loss warning Fosamax, etc | Arthritis Information

 

found this at web md today...

I quit Fosamax a month ago (2+ years of that stuff!) after continue reports of bone loss etc. My rheumy said it was ok since I'm down to 3 mg of pred now. I guessed there would be quite a bit of research coming out about it. Here is a link to some news about Fosamax that came out today...be sure to read the very last sentence if nothing else.
