Arthritis Information -Been sick

 

I am so tired of this weather changing every single day! It is tearing me up! 

I hear ya!  There seem to be lots of annoying cold viruses going around... you get rid of one, and catch another one a few days later!!!  Yuk!   Yah, Jode, the body gets "the bends" doesn't it, when temps and air pressure and humidity yo-yo.  Spring's comin', really, not much longer now.
