I just made a free wallet card with my medical/medicine info at this website that was suggested on another forum.
They say they do not store the info.

Sweet !!! My insurance company (Aetna) has a weak version of this which I carry around, but I am going to switch to this one. Great find. CathyJSNM we have Aetna too!!
We never got a medical card like that. :| LoL
We got ours from Sacred Heart Hospital. They have them all over the building, you can pick one up anywhere. Of course, it's pen and paper style! LoL
I made one for me and just emailed it to all my friends :) this is pretty cool!
Are you guys talking about a Laminated Med card?
They're easy to make and soo impt and cool! lol
Arliss - they don't make it up for you, it's Aetna - the joke of the medical insurance companies. You go in and fill it out yourself, and print it. Aetna? Getting something right? ROFLMAOExcellent. Much better than the homemade card I did. Thanks!!
