Oh No Please not again!!!!!!! | Arthritis Information

Hi guys, just a warning, I will find out tomorrow I hope, whether I have fractured my metatarsal again!!!!!!!  AAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH

It took 8 months for the 1st one to heal, 4 or 5 months for the 2nd one and I am praying I haven't fractured one of them again.

I was playing with my 7 year old son, and I accidentally trod on his foot, so took all the weight naturally off of the part of the foot that was on him and transferred it to the side of my right foot and that is when I experienced the most awful click and pain.  I iced it immediately, raised it and put a crepe bandage on it, I just now put a tiny bit of weight on it, as I can't take all the weight on my heel (as that heel has been really hurting awfully with a heel spur and plantar fascitis), and it really hurt where I felt the crack,  I am dreading getting up tomorrow as my feet first thing in the morning have been causing me to hobble and they are very painful.

Please say a prayer, my walking has been going great, admittedly, maybe I have been overdoing it a bit and maybe this is a warning.  Kind regards Janie.  I just can't believe my luck.  I still have the airboot I guess thats the only good thing. Oh that's awful. I hope you get it checked out soon, and it isn't as bad as you fear. Take care!!That's a shame.  I hope you get good news tomorrow and that your body was giving you a warning to take it easy.  Please let us know how you make out. How horrible.  I hope it isn't serious.  Please do let us know.Ow! I hope you are ok, Janie! *soft hugs*_popupControl(); Hugs and prayers coming your way, Janie!  I hope it all turns out okay and it isn't anything major.  Oh not! Not again. I sure hope it's not as serious as before. Fingers crossed for you Sweetie. I'm real sorry to hear this. I know what a hard time you had before.
