Arthritis Information -Complete depletion of Inflammatory Prostoglandins?

I wanted to start this post and see what people think about the idea. I have noticed that when the disease is highly active and I have not eaten for a very long time that the arthritis almost completely subsides. My hypothesis on it is that the body is rapidly using up the available Arachidonic Acid metabolites and since you are not intaking anymore through diet then all of these bad fatty acids are used up and the inflammation subsides. Any thoughts on this?
