I read to take 2 of them in the morning and 2 at night, but if i do that, i get to visit the bathroom about 20 times a day in a very bad way.

Anyone have a way to taper up with the fish oil so i can ready my stomach?
Go slow... take one a day for a while.  When you're pretty sure you tolerate that, add another one.  Work your way up to the dose you want.  You may have to back down for a few days here and there.  Thanks, it hit me like a mac truck when i first tried.  My body just can't do anything right lol. Been there, done that, probably still have the toilet seat imprint on my butt to prove it!Bubba, I started fish oil a few weeks ago. I used to take it but they are so big that I would miss many days of it. I went and purchased Nordic Naturals that are supposed to be the best there is. I take the cod liver capsules as they are easier on the digestive system.   They come in orange and lemon flavor which apparently cuts down on the fish burps. I tolerate these extremely well with no fish taste no matter what time of day I take them. I feel better knowing that I'm consuming a natural anti inflammatory. They may not help with my joints but they do help decrease total inflammation in the body and lower cholesterol, etc. The benefits far out weigh the one side effect which can be the fish taste. Nordic naturals come from the cold waters off of Norway and have very high standards. They are spendy but I feel, worth the extra money. Fish oil is a wonderful thing. The more people taking it, the better, IMO! I would actually try to  move up to 3 in the morning and 3 at night (6 a day) for at least 6 months and see how you are at the end of it. Fish oil helps mental fatigue, concentration, and overall inflammation and the fatigue from that. When I first got sick, I got so tired from reading one sentence that I had to go and lay down. Nearly two years later, and I am nearly finishing my thesis. It is a wonderful thing!_popupControl();
