Folic Acid | Arthritis Information

Has anyone accidentally taken an extra dose of folic acid? If so what did you feel like? I think that i mistakenly took an extra dose yesterday, and I felt crappy all night. I almost felt like I do the day after my MTX. I feel fine today.

Very true!

I took an extra one on purpose because someone suggested it may help with a yeast infection. (I only take 1 MG) My son found one under the livingroom chair so when I was at my worst I dropped one and didn't have it that day.

I saw no difference in how I felt on either occasion apparently.
