OTa building a website or space | Arthritis Information
Ok with this new baby coming soon I want to do a myspace or a webpage of some sort. Any one have one already or any tips of tricks of the trade? There are so many websites out there, I figure why not.......
Ok what I know of is myspace just beause so many people talk about it. Are there any others and do any of you or your partner/spouse/sig other have websites?
any and all input is appreciated.
I run a website for a local political group. I used a pre-made Wordpress template. Very easy! We were up and running in about 30 minutes.

You can build a web page with nothing more than a good text editor. I strongly recommend that you build a style sheet for everything. That will save you mountains of time and energy to update things. If you have a whole bunch of pages, you just make a change on the style sheet and every page just boogies to the update and mighty quick too. I'm still sort of a semi-professional hacker when it comes to HTML and CSS, but it's just so cool that you can do all this stuff with very simple tools.

It's really just point and click. That's what we use for Arthritis Haven. - But it doesn't HAVE to be that in-depth.
If you use myspace, they have their own built in editor, which is also pretty much point and click.
