A wonderful thirty minutes | Arthritis Information

Last year I bought myself the most wonderful gift......a Far Infrared Sauna.  When my muscles are sore and stiff I push the "ON" button and wait for the Sauna to heat up for about thirty minutes and then I sit in it for no more than thirty minutes.  All of the aches and pains just dissappear..........unfortunately, they do come back a few hours later, but never seem to as bad as before.  The sauna I have is called Sunlight Sauna and I'm really happy with it, even my Rhuemy was pleased to hear that I bought one.  I used to microwave tube socks full of (dry) rice and pile them on my shoulders, hips, knees, etc. to help ease the stiffness and pain, but now I get into the sauna.  If you live near a gym that has a sauna, I would really recommend trying it out.  I have discovered that investing in one is well worth the money.  >>>>>>>>>>>>>Susan
