GEEEZ....went camping over the weekend, my girlfriend got a new camper. Another friend of ours had an annual Labor Day Cook Out. Talk Jerrye, (friend that got new camper) into taking it to the Cook Out so we would have a place to sleep. No heat it got down to 56 last night. I was so cold and damp last night.
My Mom told me if I slept out in the night air I would hurt all over today......why are Mom's always right....and knowing that why don't we listen to them????
I was so cold all night today I can barely move. Came home took a shower and rubbed down with Ben Gay. Is this the way it's gonna be, or will the Meds kick in and I'll be normal again?

I hope you did have a good time. As far as I can tell from my own exsperience,this is how it is sometimes.We feel good, over do it and then feel like crap the next day.Sucks really bad. I hope you get better soon.
