Retaining water & BP Meds | Arthritis Information

Anyone else retain water with their BP meds?

Since starting the BP meds, I cannot fit into my use to be a little loose pants. It is starting to annoy me, because I do not have any other pants except the ones I was fitting into!

I noticed something was kinda off when I went back to GP for results of MRI and my weight went from 167 to 172 in less than a week.

And then I also thought it weird that I drank 5 - 16oz cups of defacinated tea, to flush the contrast out of my system, and I was not peeing no more than usual.

But what really done it was the not fitting in to my pants and being skin tight!

No, my mom told me when I go back to GP the 10th to see if he will give me something to help with the retaining water.

I was just wondering if it was common and to vent!
