Hi guys, just an update yesterdays message re walking etc.
Today I went with hubby and we walked to the shops and back, took about 50 mins. Sometimes when I start out I am in pain but it is tolerable, other times no pain on starting but becomes felt after walking for a WHILE. Well today I was in tears, it got so bad, feet, ankles, left knee, hips, spine, shoulders and wrists! Oh and neck.
I just cannot work this disease out, I came home and went straight to bed with another Tramal and another Endone. I was feeling so optimistic, oh well, I guess tomorrow could be another good day. I did have my MTX injection yesterday and have been dry retching, yesterday and today, so maybe I should avoid wednesdays, do you think that could be the reaseon. Lord knows???? Jane, so sorry you feel so bad. I hope you feel better soon. Sounds like a long walk, maybe too much too soon?
