Tracking illness | Arthritis Information

It was suggested I keep track of what's happening illness wise and I started to write down the symptoms using the computer. I am amazed at what I encounter in a day. This is the spreadsheet I've been using for quite a while now.  It works well. JR, can't access it lack of permissions on Google I'll look into it tomorrow; I know I've posted it here in the past and people could access it.  :)

I'm falling asleep and can't think straight right now.  Definately write down anything including headaches, if you go to the bathroom too many times, color changes in bowel movements (if they occur), any breathing problems, rashes etc. any possible thing ever should be on the list.

After keeping track of all of my symptoms, i diagnosed myself and doctors agreed i was right due to the symptoms i had and ended up with dairy problems, gluten problems etc.

If I didn't keep the little things on the list, i wouldn't have thought gluten was an enemy.
ooh wait.... try this Thanks Jas! That is a great speadsheet.  I'm going to run off a bunch!!ME TOO! Thanks!OK That's close to what I was thinking. I want to be more specific as doctors seem to look for that.  I am making my own, I feel like I am going to have to be redx, so I am gearing up! OY! At least I know what to look for this time around and I am not lost.
OK That's close to what I was thinking. I want to be more specific as doctors seem to look for that.
You customize it to whatever information you need to track.  I doubt everyone has the same set of issues and meds that I have.Does your doc seem to like this? I am trying to get into a new doc in a different state and so far not so good. Im hoping something like this would give me some validity with them. This last visit was horrible.
