Hi.. I'm a newbie on this forum...  and I'm reading and soaking up information like a HUGE sponge.

I have questions if anyone would indulge me?

What is a fizzy bath?

Why do you do it? What is the benefit?  Where do you get it?

I'm sure this won't be the end of questions!!

hi babs10  i have never heard of a fizzy bath...
i to am a new member and am finding this a great place to be
so welcome to you...  Boney
A fizzy bath is something that Ap'ers do.  They sit in a bath of epsom salts and then spray themselves down with hydrogen peroxide.  And then they fizz.   I don't know why they do it but they really like it.Hello babs10, If you go into search and put in fizzy bath you will find some past posts
on fizzy baths. I know it was recently brought up and alot of people love them .
You might search for 'fizziology" because we keep joking it's a new 'science' and we're going to Oslo!

The epsom salts baths really help relax and open up the pores.  We ran an 'experiment' and the APers (people who are on antibiotics for their RA) fizz on their effected joints.  The non-APers like it too - but they don't fizz.

Pip
wow.. I wonder why you fizz?  I've read something about Epsom salts being a cleanse of sorts..

That's some interesting stuff..

Off to Oslo, huh?  ;)
We think it's the microbes being lured out of the body.

Yeah  - can you imagine if they read the winner of the Nobel prize is"fizziology".  LOL
