going back to doctor for asthma tomorrow. they are going to increase steroid inhalers since im still not breathing good-im curius to know if my lung function improved though.

Hey! it hasnt gotten better pain wise. but it is better attitutde wise. i hurt from sitting at a desk studyng all day. but o well. messed my belly up by eating a bite of wonderfull glutenny pizza. o fun they should have had gluten free pizza!!!! haha

tired, im gonna go snuggle with my textbooks thanks for the hugs you guysA ZILLION HUGS FOR YOU. This is not good. I agree with you it stinks. You poor baby. At least you see a doctor tommorrow. Maybe he can call RD and get something happening for you. I will say a prayer for you. thanks! tomorrow is the health center at school to make sure im breathing-i acan tell you right now they are gonna increase my inhalers. HAH i dont even need to go i know whats gonna happen-but im going lol and ill be home in a few weeks to see my rheumy Sorry about the breathing problems. Several years back i cut diet soda , milk and tea out of my diet and my breathing improved greatly. I guess that would not work for everyone. It sure helped me. Also have you tryed allergy shots? I was eventually allergic to my allergy shots. But i had gotten enough of them in my system before becoming allergic and it also helped with the breathing. I had to do something as i am allergic to Serevent and all the new asthma meds with same ingrediant. Well the milk i was throwing up no brainer. Tried a few diet sodas a few years back and my head broke out in hives so that was a good call. The tea i really do not think i have a problem with but someone told me it could be a culprit. I drink a bit of it occassionally. i havent done allergy shots but im allergic to everything and im sure the allergist in going to next next week will suggest it but i just dont have the time for it my allergies are like the least of my problems and are relativly controled-just need some advair taiing flovent in addition to maxair now...eek allergic to servent! thats no fun i coudlnt live witout it. ive been on albuterol since before i could take inhalers-i had the liquid stuff!!! and nebulizerz....o asthma i cant cut out milk i used to take lactaid pills thinking im lactose intolerent but who knows. im celiac as is so no gluten for me-well except tonight-bad choice! i also eat a low acid diet and avoid other things cause of my bladder although recently ive been able to eat some which is nice!! No there is never enough time to be sick. Never enough time to get well. But a girls got to breath. LOL Good luck to you. You are such a go getter. I am proud of you for continuing your education. Thanks Milly, next year will be a tad easier with a room onthe first floor- and better classes. i did not sleep last night-joints are awfull fingers swelled not good. ahhhhh
