Quick Question | Arthritis Information

 

I realize this is a question for a doctor or pharmacist, but it is late, and I am in a ton of pain.   I am on 10 mg MTX, and 15 mg Mobic.  Also Lexapro, Aciphex, Folic Acid.

None of those drugs are an absolute contraindication to percocet (acetaminophen/oxycodone).

Is it your percocet? If so, it sounds like at least one doctor thinks it's OK for you to take it.

RD prescribed it after he gave me a steriod shot in my wrist back in January, because he tried to get fluid at the same time, and figured I'd be in pain.  I only ever had to take one. 

Thanks for responding.  I'm not sure what I'll do.  I think I'll go watch TV in the recliner for a little while and then lie down and see if I can fall asleep.  I've had pain this bad in my wrist before, but I was able to find an okay position to fall asleep, but with my hip, it's hard. Hey Katie...it's you and me tonight.  My hip is bad too, and I'm hoping it won't be a bad sleepless night.  And not only that, i was just planning to sit back in my recliner and watch tv for a while too.  So maybe I'll see you in the wee hours.  But I hope it'll be ok for both of us.Hopefully there is something good on! :)yeah.  isn't it crazy that with so many channels their can still be nothing on?

Saturday Night Live isn't too bad...and I am lucky that my husband got a tivo, so I have lots of episodes of Friends...I'm still in pain, but getting exhausted, so hopefully I can pass out...hope you are doing better!

 

I watched King of Queens.  Sweet dreams Katie. :)I must admit, I was disappointed in SNL this evening.  I turned it off about halfway through.

I've got a wicked bad headache this evening... I think it's Spring Fever.  I am sick and tired of the miserable crappy snow/sleet/rain here in the Chicago 'burbs.  Even our cats were in foul moods today.  They probably have Spring Fever too.

We hada couple nice days last week but we're back to winter.  I'm sick of this too.  You guys really got slammed this winter though.  How much (if any) snow do you have down?  Our's is gone.  We're getting more tonight but their isnt supposed to be accumulation.

Just a few patches here and there.  The rest has all melted and flooded everything. Poor babies snow in April? How awful. Hope those hips get feeling better girls. It's not a dream JAS. There really is warm wheather out there. Your just in the wrong place. LOL Hope you stay warm and your swelling is none. Sweet Dreams of that.
