OT where in the world is my hubby LOL | Arthritis Information

Hubby travels a lot, and sometimes I don't really even know where he is.  But I knew where he was going yesterday, I thought.....

Took him to the airport for a 1:00 flight.  He called and said he was taking a bump and getting upgraded to first class for a 4:00 flight.  Woo-hoo!!!

Tried to call him around three, but he didn't answer (not unusual to not to reach him at our airport).  He saw he had a missed call later as he was boarding, and called quickly.  That was about 4:30.  He said he wouldn't be calling when he arrived, because it would be so late.

Well, about 8:00 pm the airline called the house to inform him that his delayed flight would be leaving soon.  I said he's not here, as far as I know he is in first class on one of your planes since about 4:30.

She said she had him on a 8:00 flight that was delayed.  I said he was on an earlier flight and took a bump for an afternoon flight.  She said she knew about the bump, but had him on an 8:00 flight.

I said, well, he's a big boy and I hope his suitcase is with him, wherever he is!!!

Not answering his cell yet.  Sigh.

Sounds like my husband.........he travels a lot and that happens.  He's always jumping earlier flights, etc. etc......I'm sure your hubby is fine. You really shouldn't misplace him!  Tsk. Tsk!

Oh, I wasn't worried there was something wrong with him.  I was ticked he hadn't checked in by noon-ish our time here!  I mean, no matter how late he got in, he should have been up.

And he was.  And I was right about why he hadn't called yet.  He went for a RUN first.  Grrrr.

Granted, he did not know the airline had called last night, but still......running should not be the first thing on your mind.....

The good news is, he was on the 8:00 flight because he took another bump!!!  TWO free tickets!!!  Woohoo!  Woohoo!

I told him we would communicate by e-mail for the rest of this trip LOL.
