OT:Prayers and good thoughts needed | Arthritis Information

A friend of mine died. She had been quite ill but most think she died of a broken heart, like when a married couple have been together for a long time and truly love eachother then the husband dies and the wife dies shortly afterward.

Her long time bfriend ( over 10 years) had broken things off with her a couple years ago and he was the love of her life, her purpose in the world, their happiness was evident to everyone. THey never married but might as well have been. THis was the second relationship for both of them. She could never get over the loss.

It is so heartbreaking. So heartwrenching, so needless.

Hi Washcloth, there is nothing worse than someone dying, especially when it is a precious loved one, my Mum died in Jan 07 and I am still in denial and grieving terribly at times.  I truly wish you healing and the strength you will need to get through this awful time and that you have the strength to look after the poor kids left behind, take one day at a time, thats all you need to do, coping will come from that and the love and understanding of your family and friends.  God Bless, Janie.
