A new study has shown that Pycnogenol® , a natural pine bark extract, has the ability to naturally reduce pain and increase mobility in those suffering from osteoarthritis.
The study revealed a particularly high efficacy of Pycnogenol® for lowering joint pain by 55 percent, joint stiffness by 53 percent and increasing patients mobility almost three-fold. Overall osteoarthritis symptoms were shown to be reduced by 56 percent and moreover, patients required dramatically less standard pain medication.

Might be worth a try. Thanks.
Well, I have posted several times a natural and effective RA remedy used by First Nations People here is to boil needles of White Pine for 45 minutes, then drink 4 ounces of the resulting tea daily. It's good to know these things in case you are ever stranded from civilisation and don't have access to modern medicines. Or if you're a long haired, freaky Hippie person like me. Now if I only knew which tree was a White Pine.http://www.arthritis.org/pine-bark-extract.php The results look interesting.
