I get these "Healthtalk.com" news letters and I thought I'd share the link from this one. It's very informative for newbies especially. This one talks about other conditions related to and caused by RA.

hi lovie good post  Thanks Lovie.  :)thanks Lovie, being quite new to this I found it very informative When you see an RA doctor, most of the time that is all they will look at with your symptoms and ignore the others, it's up to you to get to your family doctor with any odd symptoms you have to get to the right doctors and tests to see if you have any other problems.

Celiac disease is only testable by your family doctor, it's not an allergist thing.
Your allergist can test you for all allergies if needed, this is great when you get sicker during pollen season or when you eat select foods.

My doctors ignored my symptoms for years, since i was a child and did the basics and just said take benedryl for your dust allergy and your pains are growing pains.  So basicly i had to figure out my body on my own and then get tested to make sure i was right.

So please, make sure doctors know all your symptoms and if the RA doctors ignore many, go to your family doctor and talk to them and get tested for things that might go with it.  My family doctor will test me for everything but allergies.

I am pretty sick, but with all the things i diagnosed myself that were approved by my doctors, i am able to get through my days with less hastle than i used too.  So take care of yourselves and write down all symptoms that come back.

I wish you all well.
Excellent article.  Very informative.  Thanks for sharing.
