Does anyone else have really itchy hands?  My hands have became really itchy all of the sudden, my fingers to be specific.  I wonder if this is a side effect of the pred. or naprosyn???

When it happens to me, it's actually the nerves that are itching, not the skin.  When that happens, you can't actually get to the itch and it's really aggravating.  I wonder if that's your problem too?  Please check your LFT's.  I had them elevated with Aleve which I think is OTC Naprosyn.  I haven't had my tea this morning so, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.  Definitely get the LFT's to make sure.

Definitely phone your GP or Rheumy.   I reacted to a new drug just like this last year.  I had no idea this could be a side effect and mine got real ugly, spread up my arms with various ointments having no effect on it.   I was taken off the drug, given Locoid cream to put on it and it healed pretty quick.I called my GP and the nurse told me not to take any more naprosyn until I hear  back from the doc. in the morning.  I never would've thought that itchy hands would be a big deal.  I hope that the itching stops now!!!!!

Thanks for your advice!
