I really hope the information I discover and share is helpful to others also. Living with a chronic illness is such an overwhelming thing and sometimes someone else picking out bits of information you can access is a really helpful thing. I suppose I try and do what has worked for me. Being life affirming is just who I am, I suppose and what I have done. A long time ago before RA and my daughter I was a community worker with homeless young people, their families, families escaping violence etc so I have a psychology background. YAY CORDY IS HERE!!!!
