My daughter is in a jump rope class.  (Remember when you just learned with your friends?).  Anyway, she asked my husband and myself to come early today to see her (2nd class) and we did.  I guess I was looking all like I wanted to try it (never did the 2 ropes, only the one) and the teacher asked if there were any adventurous parents in the audience and said we could join in!

So I did.  LOL

I did OK for a person who hasn't done anything in decades.  I would have kept trying except for a serious wardrobe malfunction.  Then my husband tried.  We're going to practice over the weekend and try again next week!

You mind is very sharp.Yes, soooo true!  They love it when you're there - never mind you like like a sphere in shorts tripping over your own feet.  LOL  What just blew my mind is watching my husband try!  OMG - hilarious.  He's sooo tall and had to duck to jump.

Katie and Stephen...I am now can no longer post due to laughing. Dah! Yep, Katiekins brain is sharp and alert.

I shall rephrase for the Gutter crew...it amazed me that when I actually got the goddarn ball to kick it, I could still do that quite well. Better. Geez! One can't post anything for fear of retribution. Lol. And I am well aware that you would be taking the mickey out of me, Stephen dear. Thank god, you and your camera did not bear witness.
Pip, I love your 'sphere in shorts', lol, yep, I relate.

Good job, I am usually the first one laughing at me in any situation. Lol.
Oh, bother, now my computer has gone crazy and posted twice. Lol. Well, done, Cordy.  Brain fog Cords, time for that nap. HI Cords, I know you haven't been posting for a while but there is no need to post it twice!!!!! I couldn't manage to jump rope without tripping back in grade school... I'm sure as hell not going to start now!! I had to quit jumping rope years ago when my breasts got too large - a girl could break her nose!gees     I did mention the wardrobe malfunction, didn't I?
