No my head does not look like this
I have oily hair so I have to wash it everyday. Mine's always been like this though. Don't know why you'd have a sudden change. I'd mention it to your doc next time you see him. My hair tends to be on the dry side, thick and totally straight. However, when I was on pred. it wasn't oily but had a nice sheen to it. MTX messed it up really bad. Don't take either of them now and I'm back to normal for me.
