to the pc.. better watch i put the right pic on lol...

If you can get to your PC then you need to start up a free image hosting site account.
This is a good one to start with http://photobucket.com/
Once you have that then you need to upload to your account.
From that you then link to that picture from here.
Once you have an account and learnt how to up load then it is a matter of copy /paste into your forum thread.
