OMG Hips killing me | Arthritis Information

Dunno what I did... but they feel like ball bearings that got some sand in their grease. Actually I am going on a retreat next weekend. I can't wait! It's at a Jesuit retreat house. There will be a series of talks on various aspects of faith and spirituality, and it's a silent (for the attendees) retreat. I can't wait!!!!!!!!
