Not much changed over night.I did go to sleep but woke up several times.I just took my ultram for the day,I hope it helps.So far it has been a disappointment.
It is so cool outside here in NC.Took my puppy out to go potty and got very chilled.I love it.i love fall and winter and spring.Don't like summer heat.
Well I am gonna keep posting inhopes more will join us.

Sorry to hear you were up with pain. I know that feeling all too well. I am feeling not so bad today, finally received my pain med. and as much as I hate taking it...right now it does help.
I am glad fall is coming too. It was such a hot summer here in Maine, which is unusual for us. But maybe it is just me, I find I can't tolerate the heat much anymore. I had such a horrible summer with this new diagnosis of fibro, added to my OA, that honestly some days I didn't want to go on and face another day. But the Cymbalta has helped and I am feeling somewhat better. I just find the pain from the fibro so bad. It just seems to move around so much, one day here then there. It sounds so strange when I try to explain to people about the pain. Oh well, I need to focus less on the pain and more on something else.

Good morning Mindy.SO good to see you posting on the board.
I have OA in mty elbow from wear I broke it.it like to act up from time to time.Not to mention an inpengment in my left shoulder that hurts so bad if I sleep on it.I have had 2 shots of cortizone in it and the next step is surgery.I am stepping away from that for as long as can.
Fibro is a little beast.Just when you have excepted today my back is gonna hurt,then you hips and what ever other part of your body wants to join in on the party.It's crazy
