i am sad today.  i cannot explain why?    any ideas?   wonderwomanYou are the only one that can answer that one. Could it be disappointment?

I am sad, but not sad, just really disappointed. I am sad that my plans are probably shot to hell. Makes me cry... but I am not sad, just greatly disappointed.
wonderwoman, i have days like that. i just cannot explain even to myself why i am sad. it usually goes away. i always try to think about those that are worse off than me and there is always someone that is. it will pass and if it does not, you need to seek help to get you back into balance. try to find ways to fill your time doing things you enjoy and spending time with people you enjoy spending time with.   this may be your bodys way of saying you need to give yourself some TLC. Good luck and keep us posted.   i have friends who are neighbors who are moving this month.  they are from germany and they are going home.  then they are moving to brazil.   i just feel like i will never see them again.  although they cross the ocean more times a year than i go to mississippi.  and i feel like my daughter will never live in this area again.  although i know many times i become upset about things that turn out  better than i thought. so.... be positive!   w.w.wonderwoman I had a good two weeks like that. I called it a funk. Just every little thing seemed to be getting me down. Then I would feel guilty because I knew they were all just little things. That is the way to think... positive! I now it is hard to do. But sometimes somethings need to be put into prespective be it negative or positive. You have to know what you are up against.

I have not really ever had friends, so I would not know what that loss would feel like.

Much Hugs!
Opp! Just sing Funky Town to yourself. It will brighten your mood just a little.

Well... I am off to sit in the shower and hope the hot water helps my swelling and pain some. I so do not feel like taking a pain pill & muscle relaxer. I am going to try to hold out!
